USB Graphics Software not Compatible

we have several Lenovo ThinkPad Helix Tablets running Win 8.1 Pro, on one that is giving me issues, when I try to install displaylink 7.5 so that I can use two dvi monitors I get the error message that is has detected USB graphics software installed from a different vendor and not compatible I have updated everything on the tablet and still cant get it to detect/ or work what am I missing.

Nothing came out of the logs unfortunately.

i installed an older version for Win 8.1 7.4 M1 something like that and the install went fine and dual external monitors are working from the dock but it wont let me upgrade to 7.5 which in my mind tells me something is buggy with 7.5

7.5 has a compatibility check built in which on your system has detected the presence of non DisplayLink USB graphics software.

Suggest checking to see if you have any of these installed:
