For the life of me, I can't figure out why the Displaylink USB Display adapter is no longer working. I'm using targus 3.0 docking station, all the usbs on the docking station are working, I just can't get my desktop monitor to show any more. I've spent several hours looking online for solutions and I haven't found the answer yet.

My machine is on Windows 8.1 and I have included the output from the support tool to give further details...For the past several months, everything was working well...until today. Not sure if it's some kind of Windows update that caused the issue, but I'm desperately trying to find the answer.

Thanks

Had it all working fine, HDMI monitor and VGA then unplugged it and now the laptop monitor goes blank if VGA not plugged in to the actual VGA port on the laptop and the HDMI on the dock is not recognised at all.

C20786,
I believe these are out of date, please update and see if the issue persists.
Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (Intel Corporation)
Graphics Driver: 9.17.10.2867 Dated 2012/09/26
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M (NVIDIA)
Graphics Driver: 9.18.13.3165 Dated 2013/10/23

Robert M., john7, and C20786,
Please look at the bottom of the dock and determine if the model number is ACP70. If so, then is the Item number 60 or lower? If so, then have it swapped out for an ACP70 Item 61.

Thanks, I'm traveling this week. I'll take a look at the station once I get back Friday.

Thanks.
