I've tried several different driver versions and both the HDMI and DVI ports but neither one of my two external monitors are recognized. Log files attached. Any idea what's wrong?

Hi,
Can you try disconnecting your device, uninstalling DisplayLink software, running the cleaner tool from here http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297, installing DisplayLink software and then reconnecting your device?
