I've got a wireless displaylink device that I am trying to use on win 8.1. When I connect it, it detects correctly, and my system reads the EDID info off of my TV, but I get no display.

When I move the transmitter to a win 7 system, it works fine. I am using win 8.1 on a Dell Optiplex 3020, and connecting the receiver to a Magnavox TV.

I've already updated windows, my graphics card driver and my displaylink driver. What else can I do?

It depends what wireless device you have, but some of the wireless USB devices don't have wireless drivers for Windows 8.1. Please check there is a wireless USB driver for Windows 8.1 for the product you have.
