Probox SmartDock with Sony VAIO Duo 13 SVD132: no display on HDMI port

I just bought a Probox SmartDock HV1-U60D2L (Window 8.1) for my
Sony VAIO Duo 13 SVD132 notebook, but no display from the HDMI port, but
OK from the DVI port for the same monitor.

Your kindly helps to resolve this problem will be very much appreciated.

Hi,

As soon as the issue is seen please attach the output of this tool:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269
Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information"

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool which will be in a folder called "DisplayLink Support Files" on your desktop.
