Problem by closing lid with dell m3800

I’m using the dell d3000 docingstation with the latest drivers. There are 2 external Monitors connected to the docking station. When I’m closing the notebook (lid) the external displays are change from the desktops. External monitor desktop 1 is now by external Monitor 2…When I’m open the lid everything is fine. The power settings is to do nothing after close the lid.
The Main Monitor is the Notebook Monitor. I have tried to make one of the external Monitor to main monitor and disable the notebook monitor and now by closing the lid everything was fine but after reboot there was no signal to the external monitors. Now I must use the system recovery to undo the settings.

That seems odd.

From a search on this another user got their setup working by enabling the external displays via the Intel Control Panel:
