USB3.0 Renesas Electronics

I connect to the port USB3.0 StarTech USB32DPPRO (Driver Renesas Electronics 3.0.20.0). The installed software version 7.7 M0. External monitor Dell starts. After about 10 seconds the active picture is back with an external monitor on my laptop. On the external monitor when it is the last active screen shot. If I connect StarTech USB32DPPRO in USB2.0 port that is no problem.
My laptop Samsung NP900-X4C-A01
OS Windows 7
Is it possible to solve the problem disable the external display with USB3.0?

Can you try the latest Renesas USB 3.0 drivers from this link?

Thanks, I will try. For unknown reasons, is now working through USB3.0 with the old driver 3.0.20.0

After restarting the computer via USB3.0 work ceased. Installed driver you suggested. Install it without problems, but the port connected devices does not see. Returned all back.
