Targus ACP70USZ DisplayLink don't work

Hi!
I have a laptop sony vaio vpcsa3x9r with renesas usb 3.0 host controller ( driver 2.1.39, firmware 4021 ) and docking station Targus ACP70USZ with firmware 4401.

Yesterday all hardware was in good working condition, but today at morning second display ( connected thru docking station ) don't show anything.

I recover Windows 7, update all drivers and firmware, BIOS, but situation don't change. All USB devices connected to docking station are working, but audio, ethernet and display don't work.

Is DisplayLink software installed correctly?
Yep, it's version 7.6m3

Is the DisplayLink service running?
Yes

Does the USB device appear in device manager?
Negative, but i checked power adapter, it give 5.3 V, and as i say earlier, usb devices still working.

Has the USB device booted correctly?
No

Do you have the latest graphics driver installed?
Yes

Do you have the latest USB 3.0 host controller driver installed?
Yes
After checking the above have you attached the log files
