blue screen igdkmd32.sys

hi,

i work in schools, and i have a problem with connecting epson projector to a lenovo 3129 pc with windows 7 enterprise 32-bit.

when i connect the xpower usb cable to the pc it shows a blue screen error and it revolves around the igdkmd32.sys file.

i have another lenovo 3129 with the following installed:
intel(R) hd graphic card v8.15.10.2559
displaylink v6

and it works fine.

although i reinstalled windows 7 on the lenovo 3129 and also installed the same drivers:
intel(R) hd graphic card v8.15.10.2559
displaylink v6

the problem is the same, it still shows me the same bsod.

what i can do to solve this problem.

i appreciate any help.

Hi,

I'd recommend updating your Intel graphics card driver to the latest available.
