Terrible latency

I just installed a Dell D3100 and a Dell P2715Q monitor and the latency is brutal. Youtube videos are anything but smooth, even the mouse suffers from display latency.

Device is plugged into a USB3 port on a Dell XPS13.

Support file extract from the DisplayLink tool is attached. I changed the performance/cpu settings as directed in one of the knowledge base articles but don't see any noticeable improvement.

I can see you have a wireless Logitech device (think it might be a mouse)?

If so then it may be suffering from USB 3.0 interference thus causing the latency; please see this link (http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=340) for further details.
