Dell 2314T touch screen not working on DisplayLink

Need help !!!
I recently purchased a new Dell 2314T Multi Touch monitor, however, seemed like it can't work with DisplayLink USB dock station even I have installed the Dell driver many time.

Anyone please help me up! many thinks
