Hello,

I am just curious if anyone has gotten this combonation to work yet. I have tried a variety of things, and still cannot get my displays to detect when connected to the display link.

Most recently I used the updated RPM from member enothen, and adjusted the udev rules to reflect my device id obtained from lsusb. The device is detected, display link systemctl service is active.

/var/log/displaylink/displaylink.log shows successful installation and activation of evdi

Anyone else given this a try?

equipment:
ThinkPad USB 3.0 Dock
Lenovo ThinkPad T430u
2x Lenovo Think vision monitors
Fedora 22 4.1.4-200.fc22.x86_64

Any input would be of great help

Thanks,

I am having similar trouble. I used the RPM from enothen, and everything appears to work correctly, except that no displays appear. I checked xrandr and Fedora's settings interface.

Miles, what graphics driver are you using? I think running this will show you, under configuration. I am using nouveau.

I have the encrypted DisplayLink logs with increased verbosity if it'd help anyone.
