Surface Pro 3: Windows 10, touchscreen not zooming properly

I have a Plugable UD-3900 USB 3.0 Docking Station. I love it, except for one problem: whenever I plug it in, my Surface Pro 3 touchscreen won't zoom or scroll anymore. Here is a video: https://www.dropbox.com/sc/s6n5obvtiuco21b/AACoGuFECaSgGPegYFnONJQOa

How can I fix this?

Hi,

That's odd - I've just checked this on two different Surface Pro 3's running Windows 10 and can zoom in and out ok using the built in Maps app when docked.

Can you check if the Maps app works for you? Just wondering if this an app specific issue.
