Need some Help

I have attached some screenshots of the OS X UI displayed on a USB3 to DisplayPort DisplayLink Adapter.

I want to know what is causing the issues with the UI Distortion. there are pixelation and color issues.

also, why do i have have 2 60Hz options? neither fix the problem.

I am running 10.11 and have driver 2.4 installed.

Can you please attach a picture of the screen showing the pixelation and ideally also a screenshot of the same screen (command-shift-3)?

i have attached the two images requested. you can see in the upper left hand corner of the display properties window, there is distortion..
