If you would like to send me another USB3 cable, I will be glad to test it. This has gone on way too long. :mad:

Thanks for reaching out.

The logs show what you have described.

Unfortunately we are not the product manufacturer so cannot send out hardware.

What I can do its recommend trying these steps and if they fail you'll need to obtain a replacement USB cable.

The steps to try are:
1. Upgrade your USB 3.0 host controller driver to the latest from Intel (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/21129/USB-3-0-Driver-Intel-USB-3-0-eXtensible-Host-Controller-Driver-for-Intel-7-Series-C216-Chipset-Family)
2. Connect to a different USB port on your notebook
3. Check the steps on this page (http://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/544228-how-to-fix-your-displaylink-product-from-repeatedl) as appropriate to your setup
