Hello,
I just bought a Startech docking station
http://www.startech.com/fr/Cartes-Additionelles-et-Peripheriques/stations-d-accueil-pour-ordinateur-portable/station-accueil-usb-3-ordinateur-portable-deux-dvi~USB3SDOCKDD
Everything works fine exept Ethernet... I have a Dell XPS13 with windows 10... and Ethernet is not working.
I try everything i found on his forum (remove, clean and install again... going on device panel to install the driver etc...))
Nothing works !!!
Any idea ?
Regards.

Hi,
After installing the DisplayLink software can you try uninstalling the USB network driver via device manger (being sure to delete all software for it) then re-installing via device manager?
Thanks,
James

Windows says there is no Ethernet cable detected... but when i put the same cable into another laptop with an ethernet plug, it works fine...
The problem is really on the docking station...

Hi,
I'd suggest reaching out to the manufacturer for a replacement unit.
Thanks,
