windows 10 issue with superspeed 3.0 dock

We're having problems with our windows 10 machines in combination with our Targus/Dell dockings (ACP70EU).

After installing the latest display driver (7.9 M5) and then rebooting the machine the system goes in recovery/repair mode.

We tried different drivers, 7.9 M2-7.9 M5, but still we have the same problem.

We are a organisation, and want to update our OS to windows 10 in a few months, and we have about 40 dockings, but now we are facing this crucial thing.

Please help us out

We just noticed the following:

2 the same laptops, when they are set on UEFI and OS is windows 10, they dont work!

When we change UEFI to LEGACY mode, they do work...

Can anyone explain this?

We would need logs to investigate. The process is in my post signature.
I wonder if you are using Windows 10 TH1 and if your Windows installation is up to date with the security patches.
There should be a reason indicated on why they go to repair mode. Would you have that reason?
