Hello,
I have bought an Club USB 3.0 Dual Display Docking station many months ago to get rid of my desktop and continue to use my laptop as it is a pain going between the two. I am aware there are updated and new drivers which I now have installed and are working a lot better since the last time I used it in January.
Their are many performance improvements which I do enjoy but I still feel like I am pushing it too far.
Items connect to the dock atm:
- ethernet
- HDMI for 42 inch 1080p TV
- DVI connect to my 24 inch monitor which is also 1080p
- USB 3.0 Hub
- Keyboard and mouse
- portable small usb sound chip(Plan on replacing this and using the two headphone and microphone ports on front)
- A webcam very old microsoft peice.
I am currently running windows 10 insider build 10586.494 and the new 8.0 version of DisplayLink driver.
Here is the model number of my laptop I am currently using is HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab088ca.
Here is the support website:
http://support.hp.com/ca-en/product/HP-Pavilion-15-ab000-Notebook-PC-series-(Touch)/7777365/model/8429617/drivers
Any help or tips would be much appreciated. If you do recommend me buying a new dock I understand.
Thanks,
