Windows updated and now only 1 monitor works

Windows updated 10 anniversary and now only 1 of the 2 monitors connected to the dlink works. Windows has been working on it for several hours yesterday and today but as usual they are lost. I had them delete the update but that didn't work.

I'm also having issues with only one external monitor working.

Surface Pro 4
DisplayLink v8.0.478.0
Lenovo ThinkPad USB 3.0 Dock
2x external monitors both connected to dock via DVI

Through the Windows Insider builds, it has been mostly stable running all 3 screens. Since the 14393 build, only one of my external displays is now getting any signal.

I've uninstalled everything DisplayLink, run the removal tool, and then let it re-install via Windows Update to no avail.
