Projector cant find my VGA/USB connector

I'm using a Windows 10 based laptop with a Displaylink VGA - USB Connector to hook up to a projector, when I run a search on the projector looking for the computer input, it doesn't find it.
Is Windows 10 functioning with e connector okay, or
is the Displaylink even discoverable to the projector?

It would depend on your hardware and version of Windows 10.
Could you please look at my forum post signature and post the .ZIP file created by our support tool so I can look into it?
