View Full Version : A Mess after Windows 10 Anniversary Update - 8.0M2 Not Working

Windows 10 Anniversary :
Installed DisplayLink: 8.0M2.exe
Samsung SyncMaster 226UX - USB connection.
Not working.
I have checked Windows Device Manager to confirm the driver installed, this is what I have:
Driver Date: 8/17/2016
Driver Version: 8.0.762.0

It looks like you may be using a device with Auto-Install as described in http://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/942862-my-device-is-not-working-on-windows-10-anniversary

Would you please look at the Hardware ID in the Device Manager properties so I can see what this is?
It starts with USB\VID_17e9
