Low res screen output

Driver installed, all working fine except the monitor resolution is very poor. Windows Settings shows display adaptor properties for "Generic PnP and DisplayLink USB Device Properties" with Adapter Type "Displaylink USB Device".
The monitor is a 24" LED TV connected to the dock using HDMI cable.
Is there anything I can do to improve the screen resolution / display quality?

Hello,
This probably means it could not read the identification of the monitor and just used a fallback low resolution which is supposed to be supported generally.
But I don't really know what resolution you have and what you wish to have. May you please elaborate so I can help?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I discovered the LED TV only has 1366x768 pixel display resolution, so I set windows to that setting and it's better now. I'll try this and come back if I still need help.
