I am running a Lenovo Yoga 3 11, with a forced/automatic upgrade to Windows 10 (this problem preceded the forced upgrade), a generic USB3 port, three Diamond USB3 to VGA converters and three Viewsonic VA903b monitors.
The system has never been stable, but used to disconnect/reconnect only once or twice a day. Recently, the problem has become more frequent, but still totally random as far as I can tell. I have tried everything recommended to fix it without success; seeing the Support Tool available, I have uploaded the support file.
