Displaylink wont open

When i downloaded displaylink everything was fine and when i finished the download no displaylink app popped up i thought that was strange so i searched my pc for a app called displaylink and found it but when i double click it to open it doesn't open PLEASE HELP!

Difficult to know why your computer doesn't wish to execute software, I am afraid.
Maybe you need to specifically execute it as admin.
Maybe you are trying to run a very old driver we blacklisted in a newer Windows...
