Unable to connect to WIndows 7 SP1 64Bit OS on HP Zbook.
Intel HD Graphics 4600: Driver 10.18.14.4332 11/20/2015
Nvidia Quadro K1100M: Driver 21.21.13.7306 10/1/2016
Intel (R) 8 Series USB EHC1: Driver 9.4.0.1021 7/9/2013
Intel (R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller: Driver 3.0.4.65 1/27/2015
Installed these Targus Drivers: DisplayLink_7.9M3.exe
DisplayLinkService: Started and Automatic
Laptop has been rebooted after installing the drivers.
Also followed these instructions when trying to use USB 3.0 connection, Targus 3.0 Drivers

When I connect the USB cable to Laptop (either USB 2.0 or 3.0) my laptop monitor as well as the two monitors attached to Targus ACP71USZ are blank.
