Hi all,

I'm using I'm using Kensington Display Link K33972EU and I'm having some troubles when connecting devices to the usb ports of the device.

The screen display has no issue however the devices connected to the usb ports (I tested all usb ports of Kensington device) are disconnecting randomly (sometimes twice in a minute and then they work well during 15 minutes).

This issue happens with any devices (mouse, keypad, usb memory stick).

I've downloaded the device "Windows DisplayLink support tool" and I would need your help to solve this problem (you will find attached the zip file with all the information provided by the support tool).

Thank you all!

Thank you for the logs Jordi,

Unfortunately they do not include anything as our driver or our chip in the docking station does not see any of the traffic not intended to us.

DisplayLink technology is not running the USB hub, the chip we sell to Kensington is connected to that hub.
The reason why our chip works and the rest doesn't may be because the USB hub may only have issues in USB2 and not in USB3. Our chip can work on both and as your host controller is USB3, the DisplayLink chip is most likely working on USB3.0 mode.

I would recommend contacting Kensington for hardware support on their product. Before, I would suggest you look for any update for your USB host controller as this may be a question Kensington may ask.

Kind regards,
Alban
