Issue with DA100 device on Debian/KDE5

Hi,
The screen on the external monitor is just a static picture. Any change to the window, mouse movement are not reflected on external monitor.

I'm using kde 5 on debian 9. The laptop is xps 9350 and the adapter is Dell DA100

Same issue here

Debian SID, Kernel 4.10, KDE 5.8

The display attached to the Graphics port on the Dock only shows a static picture. No mouse, no movement.
