wifi stops working

hi there guys

I got myself a dell da100 as it looked a handy piece of kit to go with my surface pro4 anyhowwwwww ive downloaded the drivers etc and whenever I plug the device in weather its connected to anything or not it stops my wifi internet working on the surface pro. as soon as I unplug it hey presto wifi internet works again

Hello Mark,

This is not something I have heard before.
You could try to check the priority of the adapters and artificially make the Dell DA100 much lower priority. This is not something the device driver decides, but this is the OS which selects the adapter.
