HDMI display doesn't display with DELL DA200 on Ubuntu 16.04

When I connect a Dell DA200 adapter on Ubuntu 16.04 (http://accessories.euro.dell.com/sna/products/Station_daccueil/productdetail.aspx?c=fr&l=fr&s=dhs&cs=frdhs1&sku=470-ABRY), on the HDMI port, the screen is detected but I don't manage to display anything on it. No problem for the VGA/USB/Ethernet which don't need Displaylink drivers. No problem also with the HDMI port located on my laptop.

I'm having the same issue. Particularly, the dlm service does not start up, and even after manually booting the service, the screen stays black, despite being activated in Ubuntu's Settings -> Display menu.
