I have a support issue with Display Link. Whenever the computer comes back from the lock screen the monitors will be really slow to refresh. I've included a picture of my screen since it is unaffected in a screenshot. I tried swapping docks and monitors, but it has not resolved the issue. I have also tried changing the power plan to high performance and disabled USB power saving, but this did not affect the issue. I have also tested USB2 and USB3 ports.
There is one laptop I tested that does not have problems. I will upload the diagnostics from it and the problem computer
