This seems to help the issue, but not completely solve it.

When initially plugging the USB-C connector to the laptop now, it is still slow. Shared folders and files - specifically Excel files, Word documents - take 15-20 seconds to open. The only way to get the speed back up is to reboot the laptop. If the laptop is then un-docked and re-docked while on, the speed is reduced again.

We have many users that bring their laptops into meetings and return to their desks and re-dock - all without shutting down. Do they really need to reboot every time just to get the speed back up? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks in advance.

Hello jvoit,
Well, the release is made now so we can only look at that part of a new release.
I have created a new thread. What kind of screen resolutions are you using?
Would you please provide logs and post them here so this can be analysed? (3rd link of signature)
Can you check the docking station works in USB 3.0 mode?
Regards,
Alban

Currently using 1707FPt monitors @ their max resolution 1280x1024. Using DVI cable with a Dell KKMYD DVI to DisplayPort adapter. I have tried all other available resolutions on this monitor with the same results.

I have tried multiple docks, monitors, and laptops, all with the same results. I have tried single and dual monitors, same results.

I did try connecting the dock with the supplied USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter and had the same results.

I'll work on getting logs...

Thanks
