Hi,

I'm having an issue with DisplayLink on Windows 10 using a Targus ACP71AU with up-to-date drivers.

My screenshots AND snipping tool captures are magnifying one monitor that is not at its recommended resolution. I am therefore unable to capture what I'd like to due to the magnification. See here (https://imgur.com/a/zzjsS).

That was taken from top-right of the screen to the bottom-right. The monitor is supposed to be at 3840x2160 but that's too small for my liking so I bumped it down to 1920x1080.

This didn't happen on Windows 8.1

Hi

I think this is a Windows problem, rather than DisplayLink. I've found this thread about it, but not the most useful answer:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/apps_windows_10-winapps/snip-greatly-magnified-using-windows-10-snipping/1eaae6fc-d694-4bab-97a5-a540aee17b53

I suspect it is connected to the Scaling %age level set and resolution used and the combination you have is exposing a weird bug in Windows. I'd play around with the scaling and resolution levels to see when it goes away and what fixes it.

Interestingly, that's the same thread I also found that didn't help! haha!
