hello DisplayLink,
As we know, the transmission rate of USB 3.0 is 5Gbps. if we select 1080P@60, then how much bandwidth was used ?? 4Gbps or else??
And how much bandwidth in 720P@60, 480@60 ?? Is there any info for each different resolution??
Thanks.:)

Hello,
The bandwidth used depends on content, and bandwidth available on the medium. Host processing power is also a component.
The bandwidth used is adaptative so you won't have a table.

two more questions
Q1. The bandwidth used is adaptative
>> did you mean the 5Gbps may be fully occupied as using 1080P60 ??
>> Could you provide the range of consuming bandwidth as using 1080P60 ??
(My PC is i7-6xxx)
Q2. how do I rename my name ?

Hello,
No, Full HD will not use 5Gbps.
Which username would you like me to assign to you?
Kind regards,
Alban

Good morning,
No, it does not ever need over 4.5Gbps.
You can do Full HD over USB 2.0 with DisplayLink technology.
Therefore this gives you a guide with the USB 2.0 speed limit being much lower.
Kind regards,
Alban
