Hello,
The dock works as a USB hub only.
No additional display adapters are detected in the device manager.
DisplayLink support file generated is attached.
Please kindly advise.

Hello,
Thank you for the logs along with your description. This is helpful. I'm missing files like System_Details.txt from that ZIP.
But, I believe I know what's wrong and that's an issue with the dock USB hub.
There is no DisplayLink chip present on the USB: nothing in Device Manager with our identification and nothing in error/unknown either so it's just not there.
Would you please connect it using a USB 2.0 cable only to you computer (borrowed from a printer, for instance)? Does it work?
Kind regards,
Alban

Hello,
Tried with a USB 2.0 cable.
Unfortunately, same issue.

Ok, when did it stop working? After doing what?
Then, please run the Customer Support Tool for in the last link of my signature with Run as administrator.
The main files are missing so I am unable to diagnose.
It could also be because you used the cleaner since the dock stopped working and delete all traces.
Regards,
Alban
