[D3100] [Mesa 17.3] - Can't connect DP + HDMI at the same time

Since updating to Mesa 17.3 from 17.1 it became impossible to connect two monitors, through HDMI und DP at he same time, the output is all scrambled. It appears to work with 2×HDMI though. The problem is that I have to lower the resolution on my external 1440p monitors to 1080p and it looks horrible.

Is there a fix available or is there a way I can help solving the issue?
