Hi there,
Currently have a Macbook air 13 inch -2017 running OSX 10.13.3 with drivers 4.1.11. I can get the adapter to sometimes display on my 2nd monitor and it works perfectly! However, randomly (one day to the next), it'll stop working and anytime when I plug it in, it stops showing anything on ANY monitor (including the laptop screen). This goes away when I unplug the device. I've tested different adapters (we have a few around the office), different cables, different usb ports and nothing changes. I've tried to reinstall the drivers, tried the newest beta, and still the same issue.
Any ideas?
