Asus MB168 USB monitor not working with High Sierra 10.13.3

Hi there,

I have Asus MB168 USB monitor and it used to work fine with Mac OS Sierra on Mac mini late 2014, but after upgrading to High Sierra 10.13.3 it did't work, even after installing DisplayLink 4.1 and 4.3 Beta 2.

Please advice.

If you are on 10.13.3, check this article to make sure the Kernel extension is enabled.
