must switch off/on to properly work on dual monitor

got a universal docking station XQ-39dk3 . all seems to work ok but every time I boot my laptop the second monitor is not working. I must unplug from power the dock and then plug it again to start to work with external monitor.

any hint?

We would need the advanced logs to understand what is taking place.
