Dell D3100 freezes

I have Dell Inspiron 5570 and docking dell D3100 , when i work in desktop mode its works perfectly fine , and when i launch any game (playing Heartstone, Fortnite) its freezes and i need to reset docking device to get it back . Using 3.0 usb port.
I followed https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/544228-how-to-fix-your-displaylink-product-from-repeatedl this post and tried everything there but doesnt help :S

When i plug it into USB 2.0 works fine , without crashes but then i have mouse , windows lag ..

I have exactly the same issue.

Wanted it add, that I have the USB dock for a while, and this issue appeared in last 3-4 weeks. Before I played Fortnite perfectly without any "freezing" issue.

I assume that issue came out with some of the latest driver updates in Windows 10, but I'm not sure if is Display Link driver update or Nvidia driver update.

BTW. I also use linux Ubuntu 16.04 for work, and the same issue appeared in Ubuntu too.

Please recommend something.
