I'm trying to connect my Huawei P20 Pro to a Plugable UD-ULTCDL dock. The phone can play audio through the UD-ULTCDL dock and see files on an attached drive but not display to the screen. The screen is a 1920x1080 Samsung SMEX2220.
When I install the Android DisplayLink app I get the "USB dialogue prompt" but not "Capture dialogue prompt" as described here: https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/592452-what-are-the-dialog-prompts-for-when-i-connect-my
Any ideas?
