Monitor not detected on Ubuntu 18.04 after installing latest drivers

Laptop: Dell Latitude 7490
Dock: Dell D6000
Monitori: Dell P2214Hb

I've installed the drivers from https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/ubuntu then gone to Settings > Devices > Screen Display but the extra display is not listed there. Monitor-to-dock is DisplayPort and dock-to-laptop is USB-C. I've uploaded the zip file from the support tool. Please let me know if you need more info.
