Wrong resolution with HP S140u USB-Display

Hello!

My specifications:

· MacBook Pro 15'' (2018) with High Sierra 10.13.6
· Quato 27'' Display
· HP EliteDisplay S140u (USB Display)
· DisplayLink v4.3.1

The problem is that I can only choose 1440x900 from the menu and not the 1600x900 I need. Ok, I can choose "1080p" from the system-setting but this is looking blurry and is also not the resolution I need.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

just for info if others run into the same problem... got no answer here, but after I updated to Mojave the problem is gone.

how do you connect 2 externals? I have 2 S140u's, one on a hedge dock, but unable to extend to both monitors. Only one.
