D6000 and Dell Inspiron 17 7779 Display Port won't work

I am able to connect via HDMI on the same monitor.

Monitor is Dell P2419H

I have uninstalled the DisplayPort software several times.

The USB connections work through the monitor.

All other connections work through the dock.

Log files are attached.

Updated drivers...issue still persists.

Are you connected HDMI from dock to HDMI on the monitor?

It's worth trying the dock firmware updater to see that helps:
