Hi,
I've recently connected my Targus USB3.0 DV Docking Station to a new computer and am running into some issues.
The docking station functions as a usb hub (connected keyboard and mouse work fine), however does not function with external display or ethernet cable. In device manager there is the following message:
"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful."
The knowledge base (https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/942862-my-device-is-not-working-properly-on-windows-10) suggests that this is a UMDF issue, however I'm not sure how exactly I would go about resolving this.
