After working fine for several weeks, my DisplayLinked screen now no longer appears at all on the System_Preferences->Display->Arrangement of screens after I boot. The monitor remains black, reporting no input present.
Mojave 10.14.4, DLink 5.1.40. I tried to install 5.1.1, but the available resource at https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1334 seems to be 5.1, not 5.1.1.
