On Win 7 or Win 10, is there a way to setup windows secondary screen working as extended with a fixed resolution. Meaning that in case of disconnecting and reconnecting the 2nd screen, the device it will stay in the same resolution as was setup (as opposed to being automatically set to the best resolution which this device supports).
