Hello,

I bought this docking station from Amazon last July

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073787QMY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Just last week I noticed that every USB port on the device is not responding. They won't even charge my cell phone.

I'm running Win10 with the most recent updates.

I downloaded the most recent drivers from Display Link.

I double checked that all the drivers could not be further updated through windows.

The rest of the ports work fine. Ethernet works fine. I have use of both monitors.

I reviewed other posts but haven't seen any thing reporting similar issues.

Any suggestions?

Hello Ken,

Our technology doesn't run the USB ports of the docking station. The driver has no impact on the USB hub in that product. That's someone else technology.

To me, it sounds like a hardware failure.
I suggest you contact the seller to discuss a hardware replacement.

Kind regards,
Alban

Thank you. The one time I don't get the warranty.

It's possible that all your USB port needs is a quick restart. Sometimes there's an internal error that can keep components from acting the way they should, and restarting gives the computer a chance to fix itself. In Windows, click the Start menu > Power button > Restart. techzpod (https://techzpod.com/) mobdro download (https://get-mobdrovip.com)
