Ethernet not working (mac)

Just plugged everything in to the Sabrent Docking station. Everything seems to work but can't get the ethernet to work.

I checked the support page and saw the part about 'half duplex/full duplex' but the ethernet cable I'm using is plugged directly into the router (Netgear Nighthawk).

Any ideas?
