VT4000 not charging my dell xps 13 9370

I have my dell xps 13 9370 plugged into my VT4000 in the USB C port and it will not charge. Everything else is working as far as I can tell. But my battery will not charge.

I assume you are talking about VisionTek VT4000

You would have to contact them to confirm, but the product description doesn't include USB-Power Delivery or Charging, so I doubt they conceived their product to charge the laptop.
