Ok, perhaps I was a little over-keen to get the new 19.10 installed. The second connected monitor to the DisplayLink box (DVI connection) is not appearing. The monitor appears to be on but the display is blank. I suspect an out of range refresh setting, as looking at the monitor settings in Ubuntu does not report a refresh rate. The second monitor is identical to the first, which is connected via HDMI. I also tried plugging in a different monitor, with the same result. I have the output of the support tool which I can email to you on request. Thanks!
